Ben Lorenz - Owner
Meet the wrench behind Lorenz Auto Care! Ben is the owner and lead mechanic behind the business. Ben developed an interest in automotive repair at a young age and pursued it at the Delaware Area Career Center in the Automotive Technology lab during his junior and senior year of high school. He brings nearly 10 years of experience from a dealership, where he worked as a Certified Master Technician with an interest in diesel repair. Ben has experience across all makes and models.
In addition to automotive repair, Ben also has experience with tow-behind trailer maintenance and repair — helping keep you safe and road-ready wherever you’re headed.
We started this business in 2025 with one goal in mind: to provide our community and surrounding areas with reliable, honest, and affordable repairs. We believe in clear communication, quality workmanship, and treating every customer like family.

Natalie Lorenz - Owner (The Real Boss)
Natalie helps keep Lorenz Auto Care running smoothly behind the scenes. Along with handling scheduling, customer messages, and day-to-day organization, she brings a strong background in public service as a firefighter/EMT and 911 telecommunicator. That experience shows in how she handles customers—calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and focused on helping people when they need it most.
She’s often the one making sure customers are taken care of quickly and nothing slips through the cracks, helping turn a stressful breakdown into a simple, straightforward experience. While Ben is out doing the hands-on repairs, Natalie keeps the business side organized and running efficiently.

Do you offer mobile service?Yes! We come to you—home, work, roadside—wherever you need us.
What types of repairs do you do?Everything from maintenance (oil changes, brakes) to diagnostics and major repairs—including trailers.
Can I supply my own parts?You can! Just keep in mind—there’s no warranty on customer-provided parts, and additional labor may apply if there are issues.
What areas do you service?We’re based in Delaware and serve surrounding counties (Marion, Morrow and Franklin)—just message us to confirm your location!
How soon can you get me in?We try to offer same-day or next-day service whenever possible depending on availability and parts.
